Will be coming back again for happy hour, lunch or dinner. I am so impressed with the nigiri, sushi and the specials. Looking forward to trying their ramen and yakitori as well! The service is great but it’s the sushi quality that stood out for me. No longer treks to Denver to find high quality sushi.

The sushi was delicious as was the dessert. Both were presented beautifully. Our favorite was the hot tower sushi roll. It definitely takes skill to make this food art. Thank you, Jorge, for a job well done.

I had the pleasure of attending the grand opening of Shin Yuu Izakaya, a new local Japanese restaurant in downtown Louisville, and it exceeded all expectations. The Chicken Karaage was a delightful start – crispy on the outside, yet incredibly juicy on the inside, showcasing a perfect balance of textures. The atmosphere was inviting, contributing to an overall enjoyable dining experience. The staff provided exceptional and friendly service, adding to the positive ambiance. The Kuro Ramen was an absolute highlight, and I would consider it a must-try. The seasoning was excellent, hitting the spot with each flavorful slurp. Although my tummy had absolutely no space left, the mere glimpse and enticing aroma of the Yakitori convinced me that it's a must-try on my next visit. This new spot undoubtedly has the potential to become one of Colorado's go-to Japanese restaurants. I look forward to returning repeatedly to savor more of their offerings. Cheers to a successful grand opening, and here's to many more delicious meals at this fantastic establishment!

Great food and selection of flavors! Loved the atmosphere! Friendly service, though it was very busy, and the waiters were overwhelmed in keeping up with everyone.. Highly recommend getting a reservation ahead of time. Otherwise, we did think it was more expensive than similar ramen places in the area.

This place is a hidden gem, some of the best sushi I’ve had in Colorado. We got the Hip Hop roll, yellowtail roll, Galaxy roll, Caterpillar roll, Philadelphia roll, and salmon nigiri. Everything was so fresh, definitely the best nigiri I’ve ever had and the Hip Hop roll was our favorite, just super unique flavors. They also have really crisp Diet Coke, their service was amazing, and it’s really cute and cozy inside. I can’t wait to come back here!

Finally, excellent ramen in the Boulder area! We stopped in on a chilly Friday night and were warmly greeted and seated by the owner. The atmosphere is quaint, cozy, and reminiscent of a traditional izakaya—would be great for a date night! We ordered the king mushroom appetizer to share, tamago nigiri, and a couple avocado rolls. My friend ordered the takoyaki, ribeye yakitori, and scallop roll. He had the spicy ramen and I ordered the vegetable ramen. Everything was delicious! We especially loved the king mushrooms, takoyaki, and the ramen. I’m usually disappointed by soggy noodles at other ramen spots but these were nice and springy. The vegetable ramen broth was probably the best I’ve had in Colorado, super creamy with good body. I appreciated the fried tofu (most places just include cubed tofu in their veggie ramen) and service was top notch. One of the best restaurants in the Louisville/Superior area. The owners are awesome! Will absolutely be back!

Our family recently came here for lunch, the dinning room is beautiful, lot's of decoration that makes the restaurant feel welcoming and cozy. The service was amazing, we ordered off of the sushi menu and everything was delicious. We really enjoyed the spicy tuna roll, the spider roll and the heart attack. The sushi chef came out to check on our table, he is super friendly and the server was on top of the dishes. We will definitely come back.

We had a last minute dinner event here. The place was able to accommodate our large party with just a short notice. We had a variety of food items, Appetizers, Ramen, and Skewers as well as drinks. I can say I tried almost everything on the menu as it was my first time having sushi and it was all delicious. The staff was patient and very attentive even with our large party of 25. The food was served very quickly and the staff took excellent care of us. My favorite dish was the heart attack. Overall, we had a great dinning experience.
